Returning to School

Parents and families,

If you are choosing to attend in a face to face setting, please review the guidelines that we have put into place to keep everyone safe.

Guidelines part 1             Guidelines part 2

If you haven’t completed your choice on how your student will be attending school, or if you want to make a change to what you previously chose, based on new information or situations, please log onto the www.polkschoolsfl.com and complete the intent form. This needs to be completed by Sunday, August 2nd.

If you have any questions, do not hesitate to contact the school. We are closed tomorrow, July 31, but we are back to our regular school hours starting next week (August 3) . They are Monday through Friday 7:00-4:00.
